This isn’t just a “mommy and baby” class— this is a place for focused healing after childbirth, connection with other moms and a place to support you as you transition into motherhood.
We’ve built a space to take care of you, mama. A place where, under the direction of a health professional you can move your body safely, and support your physical, mental and emotional well-being in this important time.
This is GROWCO — the new standard in post partum care for women.
GROWCO aims to bring importance to the post partum period and give moms the space + tools to set them up for physical, mental + emotional success
We’re here to support YOU — through gentle rehabilitative movement, community connection, hands-on healing and emotional support.
It can be scary + overwhelming venturing out with your baby. We are committed to a safe, inclusive and welcoming space. We don’t care if you’re late, if you’re in your pyjamas or if you haven’t washed your hair in a week. Just show up - we are so happy to see you.
While not required we recommend an initial assessment to understand where you are at in the recovery process
A 4 week, 8 session one on one exercise rehabilitation program
A 4 week, 8 session group class with other moms and babies to connect, heal and feel better. Next series TBD.
