Parenthood is an incredible journey, but it also comes with new physical demands, emotional adjustments, and changes in social connections. The New Dad Strength Club is a 6 week fitness and community program designed to help new dads, support parents, and guardians build strength, prevent injuries, and connect with others in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
Who is this for?
This program welcomes all dads— including trans and non-binary parents, adoptive and chosen family guardians, and anyone supporting a birthing partner before or after birth. Participants are welcome to bring their infants (as long as they are still at a stage where they can be easily supervised).
Why Join?
Parenting is physically and emotionally demanding. Many dads experience stress, changing relationships, and expectations around fatherhood. This program is designed to help:
✔ Prevent injuries from repetitive parenting movements (lifting, carrying, feeding)
✔ Improve strength and mobility for daily parenting demands
✔ Create a supportive community where dads can connect and share experiences
What’s Included?
✔ Initial Assessment – A movement-based evaluation to assess fitness level and past injuries
✔ Exercise Classes – Mobility, strength, and endurance training tailored to new parents
✔ Participant Resource Book – resources & support, ergonomic tips for common parenting movements, at-home workout plans to stay active, step-by-step form breakdowns for key exercises (squats, deadlifts, presses & more!)
Chiropractic assessment & classes may be covered under extended benefits. For more information check with your individual insurance policy.
